Regulation
of the XV International judo tournament held in honor of Honored trainer of Ukraine Yu.M. ZUSER
1. Purposes and objectives.
Competition is carried out with the purpose of:
- fight judo popularization and development;
- sportsmen’ spot technique improvement;
- perspective sportsmen exposure;
- friendship connection strengthening.
2. Place and time of holding.
Competition is carried out since October 29th till November 2nd 2008 by address: “Druzhba”, Sports Palace 93a Iliycha av., Donetsk, Ukraine.
Passage from railway station by bus № 107b, № 46b, № 70a; passage from Putilovskiy bus station: № 83, to the stop of “Druzhba” Sports Palace.
3. Instruction of competition holding.
General instruction at competition preparing and carrying out is fulfilled by Judo Federation in Donetsk region, Organizational Tournament Committee and Regional Sport Administration. Tournament holding is entrusted upon panel of judges confirmed by Regional Sports Administration.
4. Participants and competition program.
Participants of DOB 1986-1988 are admitted for taking part in the competition. Tournament is carrying out according to active international rules of judo competitions.
The 29th of October – day of arriving and teams accommodation;
- 6 p.m. conference of judges, trainers and representatives in “Schakhtyor” Hotel;
The 30th of October – boys-juniors 81, 90,100, +100 kg; girls-juniors 70, 78, +78 kg;
The 31st of October - boys-juniors 60, 66, 73 kg; girls-juniors 48, 52, 57, 63 kg;
- absolute weight category among men and women;
Weighing of participants is since 8 a.m. till 9 a.m. in “Schakhtyor” Hotel.
The commencement of competition is at 11 a.m.
Grand opening is on the 30th of October at 5 p.m.
The 1st of November – instructional gathering;
The 2nd of November - instructional gathering;
Instructional gathering is holding in gym of Donetsk National University in the 4th building by address: 13 Teatralnyy av., Donetsk.
Passage: Universityetskaya St. by bus № 9, №10, № 25, № 73a; trolleybus № 9, №10, № 17 to the stop “Gurova av.”
The beginning of the first training is at 10 a.m., the beginning of the second one is at 4 p.m.
5. Financial expenses.
Expenses concerned with organization and holding of tournament (invited judges’ food and accommodation, rent of sports constructions, prices, and medical service) are incurred by Judo Federation in Donetsk region.
Expenses according to accommodation and food of team of ____________________ consisting of five sportsmen and one representative are incurred by Judo Federation in Donetsk region.
6. Rewarding.
Winners and prize-winners in all weigh categories are awarding by cups, medals, diplomas, valuable prices and souvenirs instituted by Judo Federation in Donetsk region.
7. Request.
Preliminary admissions with compulsory specifying of participants quantity are taking till the 20th of September 2008 by address:

Nominal admissions of the setting form are granted on the day of arriving in mandate commission. Foreign teams should have the flag and record of hymn of their country.
8. Team admission.
This regulation is an official call for participation in the tournament.
